A Restaurant Dream Comes True With A Side Of BCL

Terri Singleton has passion for great Indian food and for business. So when her favorite dish was no longer on the menu at the Clay Pit, she struck up a conversation with the owner. Over the course of time and many fantastic meals, Terri entered into a deal to become a co-owner of the restaurant. With help from BCL, Terri and her partners were able to purchase a historic building at the corner of 15th and Lavaca in downtown Austin for their new location.
